Job Responsibilities

The Brand Executive will be responsible for:

• Supporting the achievement of category sales, volume, and profitability targets in line with company budgets
• Assisting in implementing marketing plans and brand strategies to drive category growth and market penetration
• Monitoring SKU-wise performance and supporting initiatives to improve category value and consumer share
• Coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand activation activities
• Working closely with creative, media, BTL, and research agencies for effective campaign execution
• Visiting markets and identifying consumer insights to support brand development
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage brand projects and ensure timely delivery of objectives
• Supporting reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation activities related to brand management

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Category Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and brand activation activities will be an added advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong skills in data analysis and reporting
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment
