Job Responsibilities

The Senior Banking Associate – Marketing will be responsible for:

• Preparing payments from marketing budgets in compliance with bank procurement and payment policies
• Verifying vendor payments and internal transactions according to banking regulations and internal guidelines
• Reconciling General Ledger accounts related to marketing activities on a monthly basis
• Preparing accurate month-end and year-end financial reports
• Calculating monthly incentive statements for retail sales teams
• Developing management review presentations on marketing budgets and utilization
• Preparing tax schedules and returns for compliance and KPI reporting purposes
• Supporting marketing finance and operational coordination activities
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial and operational processes

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking or a financial institution
• Full or part qualification in Banking or Finance
