Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• BSc. Eng (Civil) or equivalent qualification
• Corporate Membership of the IESL (Chartered Engineer)
• Minimum 15 years of total experience
• At least 10 years of experience in building construction projects

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing detailed project schedules using planning software such as Primavera and MS Project
• Preparing baseline schedules, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and resource-loaded programs
• Monitoring project progress and updating schedules based on actual performance
• Analyzing schedule variances and identifying delays or project risks
• Preparing recovery, mitigation, and acceleration plans when necessary
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather project progress data
• Preparing periodic progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules
• Supporting cost control through integration of schedules with budgets and cash flow forecasts
• Participating in project meetings and providing planning-related expertise
• Assisting with EOT (Extension of Time) and delay analysis
• Ensuring compliance with contract requirements and planning procedures
