Job Description

The Store Keeper will be responsible for maintaining smooth warehouse and inventory operations while ensuring accurate stock control and documentation. The ideal candidate should be organized, capable of working in a structured environment, and experienced in inventory management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Handle daily warehouse and storekeeping operations.
• Ensure proper stock verification and inventory tracking.
• Coordinate material receiving and issuing processes.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory reports.
• Support smooth supply chain and warehouse operations.
• Monitor stock movements and inventory accuracy.
• Work with SAP or inventory management systems when required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• G.C.E Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
• Diploma in Inventory Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as:
  • Store Keeper
  • Warehouse Clerk
  • Similar inventory-related role
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar inventory systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and basic computer literacy.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Strong organizational and inventory handling skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing warehouse operations
• Knowledge of inventory auditing and stock reconciliation
• Familiarity with warehouse documentation procedures
• Ability to work independently and maintain operational efficiency
