Manager / Assistant Manager – Digital Transformation

Job Description

The selected candidate will play a key role in leading and supporting digital transformation initiatives across the organization. The role involves implementing digital platforms, improving operational processes, coordinating technology projects, and driving digital adoption within the business. Candidates should possess strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Drive the adoption and effective use of digital platforms and business solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on digital transformation projects.
• Monitor project progress, platform performance, and user adoption metrics.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and strategic recommendations for management.
• Support process improvements and promote digital innovation across the organization.
• Analyze operational workflows and recommend technology-based improvements.
• Ensure successful implementation and optimization of enterprise digital systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Information Technology

  • Marketing
  • Business Management / Administration
  • Related field
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience for Manager level positions.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience for Assistant Manager level positions.
• Previous experience in:

  • Process Improvement
  • Enterprise Technology Solutions
• Hands-on experience with:
  • CRM systems
  • Workflow automation platforms
  • Business Intelligence tools
• Strong knowledge of:
