📋 Job Description

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates, managing recruitment processes, and supporting recruitment consultants with detailed candidate profiles. You will work closely with international clients and contribute to successful placements.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms
• Identify and attract talent from the Australian healthcare market
• Conduct candidate screenings via phone or Zoom interviews
• Prepare detailed candidate summaries and profiles
• Maintain compliance with recruitment documentation standards
• Work towards individual and team recruitment targets
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants for candidate placements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong professional writing and communication abilities
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and recruitment tools
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills
• Sales mindset and negotiation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
