📋 Job Description
As a Recruitment Business Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement. You will work closely with Australian healthcare clients while building long-term relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🔄 360° Recruitment Cycle:
- Build and manage your client portfolio
- Prospect and acquire new business opportunities
- Take detailed job briefs and client requirements
- Source candidates via databases, LinkedIn, and job boards
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews
- Manage offer negotiations and placements
- Ensure compliance checks (medical license, visa, etc.)
- Handle billing, invoicing, and post-placement follow-ups
📊 Performance & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate ATS updates and pipeline tracking
- Monitor recruitment metrics (placements, conversions, revenue)
- Share market insights and improve recruitment strategies
🎯 Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in 360° recruitment or B2B sales
- Experience in healthcare recruitment (added advantage)
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills
- Excellent negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and roles simultaneously
- Strong data discipline (ATS updates, pipeline tracking)
- Self-motivated with a hunter mindset
