As a Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in strengthening financial performance, improving cash flow stability, and driving profit-focused strategies across multiple business units. You will work closely with senior leadership to deliver financial insights and support decision-making.

📊 Accounts Receivable & Revenue Control

• Manage invoicing integrity, revenue reconciliation, and debtor management
• Implement proactive collection strategies to improve cash flow
• Develop credit control frameworks and resolve billing discrepancies
• Ensure timely revenue realization across operations

💰 Cost Efficiency & Margin Management

• Analyze operational costs across teams and divisions
• Develop dashboards and cost-control mechanisms
• Identify cost optimization opportunities
• Promote financial accountability across business units

💵 Cash Flow Forecasting & Financial Stability

• Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow projections
• Monitor liquidity trends and identify financial risks
• Support working capital planning and stability strategies

📈 Profit-Centric Financial Governance

• Support capital allocation decisions using financial modelling
• Track profitability across services and initiatives
• Strengthen pricing strategies and margin improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA preferred)
• 8–12+ years of experience in finance and accounting
• Strong experience in accounts receivable and cash-flow management
• Proven track record in improving profitability and financial performance
• Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong ERP and accounting software knowledge
• Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
