📋 Job Description

As an Accounts Receivable & Recovery Executive, you will be responsible for managing receivables, ensuring timely collections, and communicating professionally with Australian and New Zealand clients. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable ledger aligned with Australian business operations
• Follow up on outstanding invoices via calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Communicate professionally with clients in Australia and New Zealand
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment reminders, and collection follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of communications and payment status
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales & Finance) to resolve billing issues
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on receivables and recovery performance
• Identify payment risks and escalate overdue accounts
• Recommend actions for delinquent accounts (legal/write-offs if needed)
• Ensure recovery processes align with Australian working schedules

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, debt collection, or credit control
• Proven experience in client recovery via phone and virtual communication
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Professionalism, accountability, and strong work ethic

⏰ Working Schedule

• 🕕 Working Hours: 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM (SL Time) – Monday to Friday
• 🏢 Work Mode: Onsite (Colombo 03)
