📋 Job Description

As a Business Growth Manager / Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, maintaining long-term relationships, and managing recruitment-related client portfolios across Australia. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients while ensuring service excellence and achieving growth targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new clients and expand the company’s client base
• Collect and manage job vacancies from clients with timely updates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Act as the primary contact for clients across Australian states and territories
• Deliver excellent client service and support
• Achieve assigned client growth and portfolio targets

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong experience in business development, client engagement, and cold calling
• Experience in international markets (recruitment, sales, or corporate services preferred)
• Completed education in English medium OR
• Experience working with UK, USA, or Australian markets (last 2–4 years preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Proven customer service and sales track record
• Ability to work early shift hours

⏰ Working Schedule

• 🕔 Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Sydney/Melbourne Time Zone)
• 🏢 Work Mode: Onsite (Colombo 03)

💰 Salary & Benefits

• 💼 Executive Salary: LKR 120,000 – 140,000
• 💼 Manager Salary: LKR 130,000 – 170,000
