📋 Job Description
As the Head of Sales, you will lead the company’s commercial strategy, oversee client acquisition, and manage recruitment sales operations. Reporting directly to the CEO/COO, you will play a key role in shaping the organization’s growth trajectory.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies across non-medical healthcare sectors
- Drive consistent job order generation from new and existing clients
- Oversee end-to-end placement performance from vacancy intake to placement
- Lead, manage, and coach Recruitment & Business Consultant (RBC) teams
- Strengthen CRM usage, pipeline tracking, and reporting accuracy
- Deliver weekly commercial performance reports to senior leadership
- Build and maintain high-value client relationships
- Collaborate with Talent Pipeline, Compliance, and Operations teams
🚀 Leadership Expectations
- Present value propositions to senior healthcare decision-makers
- Coach teams on pipeline management, objections, and conversion strategies
- Align candidate supply with market demand
- Close high-value client agreements and partnerships
🎯 Requirements
- Proven experience in senior sales leadership / business development / recruitment sales management
- Strong ability to lead, coach, and performance-manage teams
- Deep commercial understanding of revenue growth and pipeline quality
- Experience with CRM systems and structured reporting
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare or allied health sectors (Australia/New Zealand preferred)

- 🕔 Working Hours: 05:00 AM – 01:30 PM (Sydney/Melbourne Time)
- 🏢 Work Mode: Full-Time Onsite
