๐น Programmer Cum Systems Analyst (Grade II)
PGIM is seeking a competent and experienced IT professional to support its academic and administrative systems through software development, systems analysis, and IT operations.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must satisfy one of the following qualification pathways:
Option 1
- First Class or Second Class in a B.Sc. Special Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
- Degree must be from a recognized university
Option 2
- Pass in B.Sc. Special Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering, OR
- First or Second Class B.Sc. General Degree with Computing as a subject
- Plus 01 year experience in the field of computing
Option 3
- Pass in B.Sc. General Degree with Computing as a subject, OR
- First or Second Class B.Sc. General Degree (without Computing)
- Plus 02 years experience in computing
Option 4
- Pass in B.Sc. General Degree (without Computing)
- Plus 03 years experience in computing
Option 5
- Any recognized degree
- Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science / Computer Technology
- Plus 01 year experience in computing
Option 6
- 15 years experience as a Computer Programmer in the University Service

Salary Scale & Allowances
- Salary Code: U-AS 2 (II)
- Salary Scale:
Rs. 85,305 โ 3 ร 2,400 โ 92,505 (EB) โ 94,905 โ 14 ร 2,400 โ Rs. 128,505 per month
(As at 01.01.2025)
โ In addition:
- Cost of Living Allowance
- Other university-approved allowances
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 45 years
Retirement & Provident Benefits
Selected candidates will be entitled to:
- Universities Provident Fund (UPF)
- Employee: 10%
- Employer: 15%
- 8% to University Pension Fund
- 7% to Universities Provident Fund
- Employeesโ Trust Fund (ETF): 3% employer contribution
