Qualifications & Experience

• Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Possess a valid Sri Lankan Driving Licence.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance work.
• Experience in electrical work, masonry, plumbing, welding, painting, or related maintenance activities.
• Ability to perform general maintenance and repair duties efficiently.
• Good teamwork and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance work within the High Commission premises.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, masonry, welding, and painting work as required.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure facilities remain in good condition.
• Support repair and upkeep of office buildings and related infrastructure.
• Operate assigned tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional working environment.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the management.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Rs. 30,578 per month.
• Monthly Allowance: Rs. 19,525.
• Daily Attendance Allowance: Rs. 100 per day.

• Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) benefits.
• Employees’ Trust Fund (ETF) benefits.
• 12% EPF and 3% ETF contributions.
