Job Responsibilities

The Waste Water Plant Operator will be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring wastewater treatment plant systems and equipment
• Assisting with wastewater treatment processes and daily plant operations
• Monitoring pumps, blowers, chemical dosing systems, and biological treatment processes
• Ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of treatment plant equipment
• Conducting routine inspections and basic maintenance activities
• Supporting environmental compliance and safety procedures
• Recording operational data and reporting system irregularities
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the plant environment
• Working collaboratively with maintenance and production teams

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wastewater treatment plant operations
• Certificate course related to wastewater management will be considered an advantage
• Basic knowledge of pumps, blowers, chemical dosing systems, and biological treatment processes
• Willingness to work in a factory or industrial environment
• Good discipline, safety awareness, and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow operational and environmental safety procedures
• Basic troubleshooting and monitoring skills related to plant operations
• Age between 25–40 years will be preferred
