Qualifications & Experience

• Degree with a Class from a recognized university in Management or Commerce.
• Good command of both English and Tamil languages.
• Strong computer application skills in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Moodle).
• Internet, email, and typing skills in both English and Tamil.
• Experience in tutoring and mentoring in an online learning environment will be an added advantage.
• Applicants should not be more than 35 years of age on the closing date of applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic mentoring and guidance to students enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Management (External) programme.
• Support online learning activities through the Learning Management System (Moodle).
• Assist students with academic and administrative matters.
• Communicate effectively with students in English and Tamil.
• Maintain records related to student mentoring and academic support.
• Collaborate with faculty members to enhance the student learning experience.

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of LKR 62,116.
