Position Details

The Technical Executive will support production operations by preparing cut mark documents, inspecting special machinery, feeding production quantities efficiently and ensuring accurate measurements.

The role also involves applying technical methods to achieve quality products that meet buyer standards and carrying out other operational duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification.
• A Degree or Diploma in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Technical knowledge of knit garments will be an advantage.
• Strong ability to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
• Ability to drive innovation and manage resources, budgets and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis.
• Good decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cut mark documents prior to issuing them to the production band.
• Inspect and ensure the readiness of special machinery.
• Feed quantities to the production band efficiently within the minimum required time.
• Ensure measurement accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Apply technical methods to produce quality products that meet buyer standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management in line with operational requirements.
