The Business Development Officer will be responsible for ensuring effective execution of area-wise sales initiatives, supporting sales growth and improving market reach.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Three passes in G.C.E. Advanced Level in Commerce, Mathematics, Science or Technology streams.
• Age below 30 years.
• Previous experience in sales, business development or related fields will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Area Managers in achieving regional sales objectives by supporting operational and strategic initiatives.
• Achieve sales revenue and growth targets for the assigned region.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand market share.
• Collaborate with teams to implement sales plans and achieve company targets.
• Track and report area-wise sales performance.
• Support dealer development and market expansion activities.

• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, English and Tamil (mandatory).
