Position Details

The Showroom Manager will lead the day-to-day operations of the assigned showroom, drive sales and collection targets, manage the sales team and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in showroom or retail sales management.
• Experience in Tiles, Bathware, Sanitaryware, Hardware or Building Materials will be a distinct advantage.
• Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams.
