Position Details

The Bancassurance Officer will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-net-worth customers, developing long-term client relationships, supporting sales conversions, and driving business growth through effective client engagement and collaboration with branch teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance sector.
• Experience handling financial products will be an advantage.
• Professional qualifications in a relevant field, such as SLIM, CIM, or CIMA, will be an added advantage.
• Strong market orientation and exceptional selling skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with high-net-worth customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain long-term and loyal relationships with clients while ensuring persistency and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with branch staff to generate high-quality leads and achieve monthly conversion targets.
• Stay updated on the latest products, services, and industry trends to provide insightful guidance to clients.
