• 👨‍🍳 Support and manage daily kitchen operations
• 🍽 Ensure high standards in food quality, preparation, and presentation
• 🧑‍🍳 Assist in supervising kitchen staff
• 📋 Maintain consistency in culinary standards and recipes
• ⚡ Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

🎓 Requirements

• ✔ Minimum 2–3 years experience as Sous Chef or similar role
• ✔ Experience in luxury hotels / boutique resorts preferred
• ✔ Qualification in Culinary Arts from a recognized institute
• ✔ Knowledge of international cuisines & cooking techniques
• ✔ Strong attention to detail
• ✔ Creative mindset with ability to innovate
• ✔ Ability to work under pressure
