🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices to patients, insurance companies, and other parties
• Verify billing information and ensure accuracy of supporting documents
• Process payments and maintain billing records in the system
• Follow up on pending payments and resolve billing discrepancies
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and internal departments
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital policies

👤 Requirements

• Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in billing or similar role (healthcare preferred)
• G.C.E A/L qualification
• Additional qualification in Accounting / Finance (added advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office and billing systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
