🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Gynecology Department
• Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care delivery
• Liaise between consultants, nurses, patients, and admin teams
• Assist in scheduling surgeries, clinics, and procedures
• Support development of women’s health programs and outreach initiatives
• Represent the hospital at health camps, exhibitions, and wellness programs
• Build relationships with doctors, corporate clients, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to generate leads

👤 Requirements

• 1 – 2 years experience in healthcare coordination / hospital administration
• Experience in gynecology or women’s health (added advantage)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
