🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and partnerships
• Promote services through digital marketing, direct outreach, and campaigns
• Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, and stakeholders
• Represent the organization at events, expos, and awareness programs
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Align sales strategies with business goals
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends

👤 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development
• Experience in healthcare / hospitality / eldercare (added advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English & Sinhala (Tamil is a plus)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
