Qualifications & Experience

• Previous professional experience in a similar capacity within a restaurant, café, or hotel setting will be an added advantage.

• Ability to present a welcoming, customer-first approach during direct service interactions.

• Basic mathematical and transaction management literacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet arriving customers warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve meals efficiently.

• Manage the cash counter, process customer bills, handle cash or card payments, and issue correct change and receipts.

• Reconcile daily sales and cash drawer balances at the end of each designated shift.

• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure fast table turnover and smooth daily operations.

• Demonstrate scheduling flexibility by working assigned shifts, weekends, and holiday rosters.
