🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR files
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HR databases
• Process overtime calculations and payments
• Prepare HR documents (appointment letters, contracts, confirmations, etc.)
• Handle contract renewals and employee documentation
• Coordinate EPF/ETF registrations for new employees
• Conduct staff induction programs
• Support employee engagement activities
• Assist in grievance handling and performance evaluations

👤 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in HR / Business Administration or related field
• Experience as an HR Assistant or similar role (added advantage)
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Strong communication skills in English & Sinhala
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
