Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in selling hardware items and accessories to the building industry.
• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and successfully close sales.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate showroom staff.
• Experience in showroom operations and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase showroom sales.
• Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently.
• Supervise and motivate showroom staff to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain inventory and ensure stock availability.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor showroom performance and prepare sales reports.
• Ensure attractive product displays and showroom standards are maintained.
