Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Management from a recognized university.
• Fully or partly qualified in Insurance, SLIM, or CIM will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience in the insurance industry.
• Sound knowledge of general insurance products, industry regulations, and market trends.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with the ability to achieve sales and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the branch consistently achieves sales targets within the required timelines.
• Motivate, train, and guide branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Manage all administrative and operational functions of the branch in line with company standards and strategic objectives.
• Maintain optimal staffing levels by recruiting qualified personnel and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage customer interactions and oversee branch operations to build long-term client relationships.
• Represent the company at promotional events and community activities to enhance brand awareness.
• Drive business growth while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
