🧾 Key Responsibilities

• 📊 Assist in preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• 💳 Support accounts payable & receivable (invoice checking, payments)
• 🔍 Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• 🧾 Process journal entries, ledger updates, and routine transactions
• 📅 Support month-end closing and financial schedules
• 📂 Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of financial records
• 🤝 Coordinate with internal departments for financial data
• 🧮 Assist audits, stock counts, and financial verification tasks
• 📈 Prepare Excel-based reports and analysis for management

🎯 Requirements

• ✔ Part-qualified in ACCA / CA / CIMA or equivalent
• ✔ Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
• ✔ Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• ✔ Advanced Excel skills (added advantage)
• ✔ Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
• ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (advantage)
