Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in motor insurance claims handling.
• Good knowledge of accident repair procedures.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with insurance companies and assessors.

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, accurate decisions.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle insurance documentation and claims processing.

• Maintain accurate records of all insurance cases.
