Qualifications & Experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Management, Merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong interest in apparel merchandising and product development.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the merchandising team in coordinating customer orders and product development activities.
• Support order tracking and ensure timely follow-up with internal departments.
• Prepare merchandising reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production, planning, sourcing, and quality teams to support order execution.
• Maintain accurate merchandising records and product information.
• Assist in monitoring production timelines and delivery schedules.
• Perform other merchandising-related duties assigned by the team.
