📖 Job Description

Grand Apartments is looking for a skilled Senior Site Engineer with end-to-end experience in apartment construction projects. The selected candidate will oversee daily site operations, manage teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure construction quality from foundation to final handover.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from structural work to finishing 🏗️
• Supervise subcontractors, site supervisors, and labour teams 👷
• Ensure all work complies with structural and architectural drawings 📐
• Coordinate with in-house engineers, MEP contractors, and consultants 🤝
• Maintain construction quality, site safety, and timeline compliance ⏱️
• Report progress and issues to the Project Manager 📊

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering 🎓
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in apartment construction (full cycle)
• Strong understanding of structural and finishing processes
• Ability to manage site teams and handle technical challenges
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with MEP teams
• Strong knowledge in setting out, reinforcement, and structural works
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
