Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in apartment construction projects covering the full construction lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of structural construction and finishing processes.
• Proven ability to manage site teams and resolve technical challenges.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with MEP services.
• Strong technical knowledge of setting out, reinforcement, structural works, and finishing activities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from structural works through final finishing.
• Supervise subcontractors, site supervisors, and labour teams to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure all construction work complies with approved structural and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with in-house engineers, MEP contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor construction quality, site safety, and compliance with project schedules.
• Report project progress, technical issues, and site performance to the Project Manager.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
• Resolve site-related technical issues and support continuous project improvement.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from LKR 160,000 to LKR 200,000, based on experience and performance.
