Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other project planning software.
• Strong understanding of construction planning, sequencing, and scheduling techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar planning software.
• Coordinate with project teams to establish project timelines, milestones, and critical paths.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays, risks, or scheduling issues.
• Analyze project data to forecast completion dates and resource requirements.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with site teams to ensure construction activities align with approved schedules.
• Assist in developing recovery plans and delay mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project planning standards, contractual requirements, and company procedures.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and planning software.
