Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Age between 20 and 25 years.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance industry.
• Good command of Sinhala, English, or Tamil.
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Provide online support and respond to customer inquiries related to recoveries.
• Follow up with customers and send payment reminders when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in accordance with company procedures.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate recovery solutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring professional service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery procedures.
• Support the Recoveries team in achieving departmental objectives and recovery targets.
