Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should meet one of the following criteria:

• Six (06) passes at G.C.E. Ordinary Level in one sitting with four (04) credits, including a credit pass in English, and two (02) passes at G.C.E. Advanced Level, together with five (05) years of experience in the Sri Lanka Police at the rank of Inspectorate.

OR

• Six (06) passes at G.C.E. Ordinary Level in one sitting with four (04) credits, including a credit pass in English, and two (02) passes at G.C.E. Advanced Level, together with three (03) years of relevant corporate sector experience and experience in the Sri Lanka Police at the rank of Inspectorate.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a Sri Lankan citizen.
• Maximum age: 45 years as of the application closing date.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into company-related incidents and employee misconduct.
• Prepare investigation reports and submit findings to the Human Resources Department.
• Assist the Human Resources Department in disciplinary proceedings and prosecutions before Domestic Tribunals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date investigation records.
• Collect information relating to matters affecting the smooth operation of the company.
• Conduct surveillance on staff, passengers, and visitors in vulnerable areas to detect unauthorized activities.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies regarding company-related matters.
• Perform VVIP security duties when required.
• Support departmental objectives and organizational priorities.
