Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing highly personalized and attentive customer service to high-net-worth clients
- Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively
- Ensuring solutions meet or exceed customer expectations
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of banking products, services, and available solutions
- Offering informed advice and guidance to customers
- Resolving complaints and service issues efficiently with minimal disruption to clients
- Maintaining professional communication and relationship management standards
Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call centre, contact centre, or similar business environment
- Age preferably below 27 years
- Passed GCE O/L including Mathematics and English
- Passed GCE A/L
- A certification related to IT will be an added advantage
Competencies Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage
- Ability to provide superior customer service in high-pressure environments
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure on a 24/7 shift basis
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
- Basic IT skills
