Job Profile

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of the bank’s retail growth, focusing on customer acquisition and relationship management.

• Market Outreach: Actively reach out to prospective customers in the open market.

• Sales Execution: Sell retail products by delivering solid value propositions.

• Relationship Management: Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales and customer loyalty.

• Target Driven: Achieve specified sales targets and enhance cross-selling opportunities.

Applicant’s Profile

Education & Skills

• Academic Background: Must have passed G.C.E. (O/L), Edexcel, or Cambridge O/L with passes in English and Mathematics.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of Sinhala and/or Tamil (both written and spoken) with proficiency in English.

• Personality: A good outgoing personality with a genuine passion for sales.

Experience & Age

• Experience: While not mandatory, two (02) years of sales experience will be considered a distinct advantage.

• Age Limit: Applicants should be between 22 to 35 years of age.
