Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
• Experience in monitoring manufacturing processes and maintaining product quality standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively with production teams and other relevant departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure product quality throughout the plastic manufacturing process.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Identify product defects and perform root cause analysis.
• Recommend and support the implementation of appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records and prepare quality-related reports.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce rejection rates.
• Ensure adherence to company quality procedures, standards and requirements.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to identify potential quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Communicate quality issues and corrective action requirements to relevant teams.
