Key Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies and manage end-to-end purchasing activities.
• Lead sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, deliveries, and vendor relationship management.
• Ensure quality, cost efficiency, delivery performance, compliance, and timely payments.
• Resolve supplier-related issues and drive cost optimization and sustainability.
• Identify opportunities for continuous procurement improvement.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Lead and supervise the procurement team.
• Coordinate procurement activities with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Support CAPEX project procurement activities.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with organizational requirements and standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Engineering
  • Manufacturing Technology
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Procurement
  • Or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in CAPEX project procurement.
• Technical engineering and manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong procurement and sourcing knowledge.
• Excellent supplier negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain management.
• Ability to manage costs and evaluate supplier performance.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to monitor KPIs and prepare procurement reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
