Project Manager (Group Technology)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager – Group Technology to lead the successful delivery of strategic technology projects. This role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end project execution, from planning through implementation, while maintaining high standards of quality, cost efficiency, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will play a key role in enabling network expansion, integrating innovative technologies, and enhancing customer experience directly contributing to organizational growth and business success.

The Job

• Define project scope, deliverables, and governance frameworks
• Develop project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource forecasts
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost-benefit analyses
• Align projects with business and network expansion priorities

• Lead end-to-end project implementation within scope, time, and budget
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely execution
• Perform post-implementation reviews and ensure benefits realization

• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards
• Evaluate deliverables and drive continuous improvement
• Oversee vendor onboarding and lifecycle coordination

• Track KPIs, budgets, and resource utilization
• Prepare dashboards and reports for senior management
• Support audits (internal/external) and maintain ISO documentation

• Ensure smooth transition of completed projects to operations
• Support network development, maintenance, and upgrades
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve performance and reliability

• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Manage documentation, contracts, approvals, and financial processes
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and coordination

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer) or Project Management

• Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in project management within the technology or telecommunications sector
• Experience managing large-scale engineering projects (preferably telecom)
• Exposure to high-value project budgets is an advantage

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office suite
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
