🎯 Job Overview

As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Managing production performance (quality, cost, delivery)
• Supervising manufacturing processes
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensuring efficient resource utilization

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Achieve key KPIs: productivity, quality, cost & safety 📊
• Identify and solve production issues using problem-solving techniques
• Maintain output quality and optimize production processes
• Prepare production reports and performance analysis
• Supervise and guide production team members 👷‍♂️
• Ensure smooth coordination with maintenance & other departments
• Manage manpower planning and workflow efficiency
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Qualifications

✔ Degree in:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Polymer Engineering
  OR
  ✔ HND / NDT in a relevant field

💼 Experience

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in a relevant field
• Experience in tyre manufacturing is an added advantage

💡 Skills Required

• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills 🧠
• Good communication (English & Sinhala)
• Knowledge in:
  • MS Office
  • ERP systems
• Leadership & team management abilities

• Candidates residing within 30 km of Horana preferred
