🛠️ Job Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of product performance, growth, and operational success across business verticals
• Plan and execute campaigns including promotions, events, and engagement initiatives
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Affiliate teams to drive user acquisition and retention
• Analyze user behavior, trends, and performance metrics to optimize growth strategies 📊
• Identify high-demand events and implement strategies to maximize engagement
• Manage relationships with platform partners and data providers for optimal performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Operations, Growth, or similar roles
• Experience in E-commerce, FinTech, or product-driven environments preferred
• Strong understanding of user behavior and digital engagement strategies
• Experience working with external vendors and third-party platforms
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase, Power BI
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Interest in sports, gaming, or e-sports is an added advantage
