🛠️ Job Responsibilities

• Lead KPI framework development aligned with business goals 📊
• Build and manage KPI dashboards using Excel, HRIS, or Power BI
• Drive weekly/monthly performance reviews (WBR / MBR)
• Manage goal setting, OKRs, appraisals, and performance cycles
• Convert insights into PIPs, development plans, and improvements
• Conduct people analytics (productivity, retention, hiring performance)
• Coordinate training interventions with L&D teams
• Maintain SOPs, timelines, and compliance in HR processes
• Handle HR communications and employee grievance management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business, or related field
• CIPM / Chartered HRM (preferred)
• 3–5+ years experience in HRBP / KPI analytics roles
• Strong Excel, Power BI, and HRIS reporting skills
• Experience in appraisals, OKRs, and performance cycles
• Strong stakeholder management & executive communication skills
• High attention to data accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines
