Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA from a recognized university.
• Membership of CA Sri Lanka or another recognized professional body will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years’ senior management experience, including at least 5 years in a similar leadership or operational role.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, operational management, and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of the education and professional development landscape, both locally and internationally.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to achieving organizational goals.
• Preferred age: Below 50 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of strategic and operational plans across all departments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and organizational performance.
• Drive business process improvements and digital transformation initiatives.
• Monitor organizational KPIs and ensure performance targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with the Institute’s long-term vision.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, students, regulatory authorities, and international partners.
• Support continuous organizational growth and operational excellence.
