Job Description

The Manager – Content Development will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality content across various platforms. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders and external audiences to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and write press releases and official communications
• Draft, edit, and approve content for internal and external use, including promotional materials
• Ensure all content meets high standards of English language and quality
• Create messages for leadership to be published in newspapers, supplements, and international publications
• Draft speeches for senior management for events locally and internationally
• Review and manage website and social media content
• Prepare updates and communications for regional and international accounting organizations

Requirements

• Qualification in Journalism, Communications, or English from a recognized institute or university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content development and editing
• Experience in media and public relations will be an added advantage
• Strong command of the English language with excellent proofreading skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and quality
• High attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
