Job Description

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The role requires coordination with site teams and maintaining proper documentation of site progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction site operations
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Ensure construction quality and compliance with specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
• Support project planning and execution
• Ensure safety and proper site practices

Requirements

• Age below 30 years
• NCT (Civil), NVQ Level 4, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction site supervision
• Experience in monitoring construction work and maintaining quality standards
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities
