🛠️ Job Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deploy end-user devices (PCs, laptops, printers) 💻
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operations
• Manage hardware warranties and lifecycle processes
• Install, upgrade, and maintain IT devices with preventive maintenance
• Perform PC health checks and diagnostics
• Visit client/consumer locations to resolve IT system issues
• Ensure data privacy and security while meeting SLAs
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and certifications

🎯 Requirements

• Basic diploma or certification in Computer Hardware / IT Support
• Minimum 1 year experience in handling IT devices (preferred)
• Freshers / school leavers with basic IT knowledge can also apply
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to travel
• Ability to work in onsite IT support environments
