Qualifications & Experience
- Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination.
- Applicants should be between 18 and 22 years of age.
- Demonstrated leadership through sports, school societies, or extracurricular activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work and reside at plantation locations.
- Keen interest in agriculture, tea cultivation, and plantation management.
- Energetic, disciplined, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured practical training within plantation estates.
- Learn estate operations, tea manufacturing, and sustainable plantation practices.
- Assist in managing field operations and plantation activities.
- Develop leadership skills in managing people and estate resources.
- Support productivity improvement and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Successfully complete all stages of the trainee development programme.
