Qualifications & Experience

• Successfully completed the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) or G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination.
• Applicants should be between 18 and 22 years of age.
• Demonstrated leadership through sports, school societies, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work and reside at plantation locations.
• Keen interest in agriculture, tea cultivation, and plantation management.
• Energetic, disciplined, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured practical training within plantation estates.
• Learn estate operations, tea manufacturing, and sustainable plantation practices.
• Assist in managing field operations and plantation activities.
• Develop leadership skills in managing people and estate resources.
• Support productivity improvement and operational efficiency.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
• Successfully complete all stages of the trainee development programme.
