Overview of the Role
The Payroll Manager will support and execute payroll operations efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
The role also includes payroll data analysis, reporting, audit support, and contributing to continuous process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements
- Validate payroll data and maintain payroll accuracy
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
- Update HCM systems and generate Time & Attendance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams and external payroll service providers
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports and dashboards
- Identify trends and insights using payroll analytics
- Support audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Handle employee payroll-related inquiries professionally
- Contribute to payroll process improvements and strategic initiatives
Educational Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- A Degree or Professional Qualification in:
- Human Resources
- Business Management
- Related field
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Payroll Management
- Experience handling payroll operations in a corporate environment will be an advantage
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
