🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned branches to inspect pawning operations
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and customer service standards
• Evaluate pawned items for quality and valuation accuracy
• Support branches in resolving complex pawning-related issues
• Identify operational gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Provide training and mentoring to pawning staff

🎓 Educational Qualifications
