Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Experience in agency operations, branch operations, or customer service will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in Tamil, Sinhala, and English.
• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the branch.
• Coordinate and monitor branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise daily administrative functions and maintain accurate operational records.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the Head Office.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards.
• Support branch management in achieving operational targets and service excellence.
